Time on the Park

All age groups including U13’s and younger, these players are to be given as close as possible – equal playing time.  This can vary from game to game but over the season coaches should try where possible to adhere to this request.

For U14’3 and older the Club recommends that all players be given as much time as possible but equal time is no longer a requirement.  The amount of time is at the discretion of the coach.

The Club does not encourage eating at half time.  The Institute of Sport recommends drinking water only.  Please ensure that players drink lots of water before, during and after each match.
